Product inquiries:
If you have a question about a product please include the product number (for example, A10) in the subject line. We welcome all inquiries and will do our best to provide you with the best answers possible.
Exclusive Sales and Promotions:
If I did not include specific instructions in an email or on Facebook, the difference will be refunded to you through PayPal in full. I will include details of the refund in an email. **When participating in ANY sale, promotion, or giveaway you will NEED to let me know what discount you are participating in, in the notes section when checking out through PayPal. I will need to verify your eligibility.
Out of Stock Policy:
Let me know if you would like to order an Out Of Stock item by emailing me which style you would like. Most of the time I am able to get more of the same style, but when I can not I will try to get you something similar with your approval:) When you let me know the style, you will need to pay at that time before I order the Out Of Stock Item. I will let you know within 3 days if that style or similar styles are available. If you are not satisfied with the style, I will then issue you a refund immediately.
I do not have a realtime in stock system at this moment so if you order a style and it is out of order you will be notified within 48 hours. The item will either be put on backorder, you can pick another style, or I will issue a refund immediately.
I do my best to update as soon as I receive an order, but there may be some timing issues.

We accept payment through Paypal, checks, and money orders. If sending payment in the form of check or money order your purchase will be shipped once the payment has cleared through our bank.
Paypal is the quickest way for us to complete a transaction and provides protection for both customers and sellers. Setting up a Paypal account is easy and secure. Also you can track shipments and orders.
For local buyers please contact me and we can setup an appointment time for you to come purchase directly from my shop.
Tax Policy:
A tax of 9.5% will be added to your order if your shipping address is in the state of Wa.
Shipping:
$4.95 flat rate shipping on all orders (unless otherwise specified). Your order will be mailed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Please allow 6-15 business days for actual shipping.
Special ordered or Out of Stock items will take longer to ship. You will be notified if there is any delay with your purchased items.
If you are an international buyer please contact me for shipping details. Please put international buyer in the subject line.
Returns/Refunds:
Simply put – I want you to be happy with your purchase!!! If you are happy, then I’m happy!!! If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, I will accept a return if notified within 20 business days after purchase. It needs to be returned in the original condition with original packaging. I will refund the full amount, less shipping charges. Please contact me immediately if you would like to return an item as I will give you instructions on how to return the shipment.
